Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of Adlyko. By signing up and using the service you agree to them. Questions? Email hi@adlyko.com.

1. The service

Adlyko is a tool that lets you manage your Google Ads through your own AI agent, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity. Features can change and there can be maintenance or downtime.

2. Access and account

• Access is personal; we can refuse, pause or revoke access.
• You are responsible for the use of your own account and Google sign-in.
• There is a free plan for one Google Ads account. Multiple accounts and the automation features (routines and emailed reports) fall under a paid plan. Prices are on the pricing page and exclude VAT.

3. Your responsibility

Adlyko carries out actions that you or your AI agent initiate. You remain ultimately responsible for your Google Ads account, for everything that is changed in it and for the related advertising costs. New campaigns are always created PAUSED; you decide what goes live. Check proposed changes before you activate them.

If you use Adlyko for clients, you are responsible towards those clients for the choices made and for the reports you share from Adlyko.

4. Working with an AI agent

Adlyko is driven by a third-party AI agent of your choice (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity). AI output can be incorrect or incomplete.An agent can misinterpret an analysis, make a recommendation that doesn’t fit your situation, or propose an action based on a misunderstood question. We do a lot to prevent that, but we can’t guarantee that every piece of advice or every action carried out is correct.

So judge for yourself what you approve, especially for changes that cost money (budgets, bids, putting campaigns live). Adlyko is a tool, not a replacement for your own judgment or for professional advice. Scores and estimates in the tool, such as the audit score, estimated savings and time saved, are indications and not measured facts.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t use Adlyko for unlawful purposes or in breach of Google Ads policies.
• Don’t try to harm or abuse the service, the infrastructure or other users.
• Don’t share your access with unauthorized people.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of availability, error-free operation or specific results. Advertising remains dependent on your own strategy and on Google.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adlyko is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or advertising spend arising from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (if any).

8. Prices and payment

The current prices are on our pricing page. You pay per Google Ads account you have managed. All amounts exclude VAT. Payment runs through Stripe; you receive invoices from them and can find them in your portal.

Adding an account takes effect immediately and you pay pro rata for the remaining period. Removing an account takes effect at your next invoice. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

We may change our prices. For existing customers a change only takes effect at the next renewal, and we announce it at least 30 days in advance, so you can still cancel. For an exceptionally large advertising volume on an account, we may propose a different, suitable plan; we also always do that in advance and in consultation.

9. Termination

You can stop at any time by revoking your access (through your Google account) or by asking us to. We can end access in case of abuse or a breach of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If there are important changes, we’ll let you know by email or through the website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
